Al-Pino resistente è una installazione circolare composta da quattro ventilatori bassi da terra ed una conifera sempreverde. Così l’albero, di norma usato durante le festività natalizie, che sembra non morire mai, ora si trova a resistere in una situazione di difficile sopravvivenza.
La riflessione è sulla natura modificata dall’uomo, il consumo ed utilizzo ed anche sul concetto di resistenza collegabile alla figura strorica del partigiano, la cui carica ideologica – come la forza dell’albero – ha spazzato via il dolore per ritrovare, con un’inevitabile lotta armata, la propria indispensabile libertà.

Al-Pino resistente is a circular installation consisting of four low floor fans and a coniferous evergreen tree. In this way, the tree, typically used during Christmas festivities and seemingly immortal, now finds itself in a situation of survival difficulty. The reflection is on nature altered by humans, its consumption and use, as well as on the concept of resistance, which is linked to the historical figure of the partisan. Their ideological drive, like the strength of the tree, swept away pain in order to regain, through an inevitable armed struggle, its essential freedom.
